The most inefficient state bodies are defined
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" prepared a rating of the effectiveness of state bodies in the framework of the sociological survey "Business Climate". The evaluation was carried out both at the central and regional levels. Thus, according to the business, the activities of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology, the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition and the Committee for Financial Monitoring were recognized as the least effective. The leaders of the rating on efficiency were the tax and fire services. It is explained by the fact that the main work of these services is automated (response time, actions in case of man-made disasters and emergency situations are regulated), in the register of state services, tax services have placed most of their services, simplified system of reporting and notification (electronic declaration), simplified system VAT statements, the issue of various certificates is synchronized with databases of the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (GC). On 31st of March the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" released the results of the sociological survey "Business Climate" for 2016. The results of the study can be found here.
