Three capital associations in business received accreditation at the Chamber of Entrepreneurs
"We hold accreditation of metropolitan associations every two years. This time, ALE "Association for the Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs of Astana", ALE "Association of entrepreneurs of Astana city "Saryarka" and ALE "Transport Association of Astana" have received accreditation after all the procedures, - said Deputy Director of Legal Affairs of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Astana Bauyrzhan Beisenov.
Accreditation at the metropolitan Chamber entitles these associations (unions) to nominate candidates for the Regional Council in accordance with the law and the charter of RCE.
The Chamber of entrepreneurs within the competence established by the charter, have the right to engage accredited associations (unions) on a contractual basis to implement functions provided by the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"Accreditation at the Chamber of entrepreneurs suggests that these associations comply with relevant rules and eligibility requirements for an association (union), other self-regulatory organizations in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity in the system of the National Chamber approved the decision of the Presidium of NCE RK "Atameken"", - said Baurzhan Beisenov.
The Association for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs of Astana started its activities in October 1999. It is composed of 83 companies, operating in various industries.
Association of Entrepreneurs of Astana city "Saryarka" has been operating since June 2009 and brings together 143 metropolitan companies.
Transport Association of Astana, operating since May 2012, brings together 6 companies, providing taxi services.
